What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The portal is a ticketing tool for our respective clients and end user logs in before raising his concern/issue that he or his organization is facing.
To login on our support portal, the end user has to mention the email address and his First Name and Last Name to register on the portal, whereas the end user has to login everytime he faces the problem.

The only personal information gets stored in our database is Name of the requester, his email address, his contact number.

The reason for collecting this information is to document the request raised by the end user to follow the Service Level Agreement and provide quick solution to them. Not only providing the quick resolution, the end user has its own credentials that will help him to login to the portal and check the current status of his request/requests.

Media Upload

In the support role, we have enabled a provision where user can upload the screenshots, videos and other issues related files to inform the support engineer about the exact problem remotely. We are very strict about keeping the screenshots and media uploaded by the end user safe and allow the end users to delete the content at any point of time under “Right to be forgotten” which is a mandatory right now a days.
